Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from your purchase of non-personalized items within 30 days after delivery — no reason needed. Items made to your design (name, number, photo) are excluded by law (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

You get a confirmation by email right away. Have your order link? The order page shows each item with its own “Withdraw from contract” button.
